Sendgrid Return Policy?
Twilio SendGrid operates on a monthly subscription model. Refunds are only issued if there is no usage in the current calendar month. No overages or contacts stored in Marketing Campaigns are allowed. If these criteria are not met, it's advisable to cancel the account to avoid future charges. Refunds are only applicable to the current subscription charge, not for any overage or contact storage charges from previous months. Customers are responsible for managing their account credit limits and contact storage. To request a refund, verify that there is no usage on the account for the current month and no overages or stored contacts. Then, contact support either by responding directly to the invoice email received or by submitting a ticket through support.sendgrid.com to start the refund discussion. If a chargeback has already been requested through the card issuer or financial institution, Twilio SendGrid will not honor a refund request to prevent a double debit situation.
